I booked the Platinum Silk Press Package with Wintress and had such an amazing experience! She is very sweet, professional, and knowledgeable from start to finish. During the consultation, she involved me in every step of the process and explained what she thought was best for my hair, which I really appreciated. The rejuvenating shampoo, deep conditioning/steam treatment, and scalp care were exactly what I needed — my scalp felt so refreshed! I also received a much-needed trim that evened out my hair beautifully. My silk press came out so smooth, healthy, and full of movement. I can’t wait to return for regular trims and healthy treatments to keep my hair growing and thriving. I highly recommend booking with Wintress!

I had a great experience with Wintress. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to ask about my hair history and my hair goals before starting. She was also very honest and realistic about what my hair needed and what results to expect, which I really appreciated. She took her time detangling my hair and was very gentle and patient throughout the process. Her space was clean, and she was respectful and professional during the entire appointment. Overall it was a really great experience. I’m very happy with the results and already booked my next appointment for later this month.

I usually wear protective styles and had honestly forgotten how much I love my natural hair until I booked with The Winning Touch! I scheduled the TWT Platinum Silk Press Package as a first-time client, and Mrs. Dickson worked absolute magic!!! She gave me top-tier service from start to finish. She took time to assess my hair, asked about my concerns and goals, and explained every step as she went. My service included a rejuvenating shampoo, deep conditioner, steam treatment, blow dry, silk press, and trim and my hair came out flawless!! On top of that, Mrs. Dickson has the sweetest spirit! She’s kind, caring, and makes you feel completely comfortable. I left feeling confident, pampered, and already excited for my next visit. Highly recommend! 💕
